Home of Black Label Seafood, where you’ll find
Australasia’s finest Fresh and Live seafood.

Located at Australia’s world famous Sydney Fish Market in Pyrmont, we’re open every day of the year except Christmas Day from 7am until 5pm. At Christie’s, we pride ourselves on the quality of our seafood and our service.

Our RETAIL division sells direct to the public, offering a fantastic selection of fish, shellfish, oysters and more. Buy it ready-to-eat, take it home to prepare yourself, or try something from our seafood KITCHEN’s extensive menu. You can even select something live from our tanks to be freshly cooked the way you love.

Our WHOLESALE service supplies Sydney’s best restaurants and hotels on a daily basis. If you’ve been served fantastic seafood in Sydney, chances are that we sourced it!

Our Oyster Bar always full of different size and range of Oyster, either Pacific or Sydney Rock are always in high demand.

Many types of oysters are shucked daily. Our Oyster Shuckers are busy non-stop shucking live oyster daily. We are so Proudly supporting local Oyster Farms.

Our delicious menu features all of the Sydney's favourite flavours as we aim to bring the flavours of the kitchen to your plate.

Don't forget to check our hot bar food when you come in. We love adding different seafood in there.to create something new to try. Our hot bar  have many different range of seafood menu available from Hot Seafood platter, Grilled Seafood Platter, Squid Salt and Pepper, Fish and Chips, Oyster Mornay & Kilpatrick, Scallop Aburi and etc.

All the dishes are cooked fresh and flavourful. Our Chef focuses on using fresh seasonal produce and bold flavours, featuring signature dishes that include Lobster Ginger and Shallots, Singapore Chilli Mud Crab, X.O.Pipies and many more.
